Rental Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before booking.
1. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the Rental Start Date and ends on the Rental End Date listed in your contract. All rental equipment must be available for pickup on the scheduled pickup date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Company.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customer agrees to use the rental equipment in a reasonable manner and to return all equipment in the same condition in which it was received, normal wear and tear excepted.
3. Late Returns
If rental equipment is not returned or made available for pickup by the Rental End Date, Customer agrees to pay a late fee of $80.00 per week until all rental equipment has been returned to the Company.
4. Damaged or Missing Bins
Customer is responsible for all rented equipment during the rental period. The following replacement charges will apply for damaged, destroyed, or missing bins: Medium Bin: $10.00 per bin Large Bin: $20.00 per bin The Company reserves the right to determine whether a bin is damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Cleaning Fee
All bins must be returned free of excessive dirt, debris, tape residue, sticker residue, adhesives, paint, or other substances that require additional cleaning. A cleaning fee of $25.00 may be assessed for bins requiring excessive cleaning, including but not limited to: Adhesive residue Paint or marker stains Excessive dirt or debris
6. Prohibited Uses
Customer agrees not to: Alter, paint, mark, or modify any rental equipment. Use bins for hazardous, flammable, toxic, or illegal materials. Sublease or transfer the rental equipment to another party.
7. Payment Authorization
Customer authorizes 417 Moving Bins to charge the payment method provided for: Rental fees Late return fees Damaged or missing bin charges Cleaning fees Any unpaid balance due under this Agreement Customer agrees that charges may be processed after the rental period if additional fees are incurred.

9. Limitation of Liability
417 Moving Bins shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from the use or misuse of rental equipment.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
